Open Question: Scholarships for international students at Australian Universities?

I hope to apply to Australia for a bachelors degree in a business related major as an international student. However, I can only afford to pay $10,000. I know ANU and U of Melbourne have full tuition scholarships but I'm sure there aren't many. Where else can I apply?? I do have good grades. 5 AS Level 'a' grades and the minimum criteria for most australian unis is 4As. I know I stand a good chance but I just don't know where to apply. How about Monash?
